Common questions
A station won't play. Stations change their stream addresses from time to time. Try another stream of the same station in Search, or add the stream yourself in Library › ••• › Add Station by URL.
The song name is missing or wrong. Faders uses the station's own information when it has it, and otherwise identifies the song with Shazam, which takes a few seconds. You can turn this off in Settings › Identify Songs.
Restoring Faders Plus. Open Settings › Faders Plus › Restore Purchase, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with. Plus is shared with your Family Sharing group.
Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple; request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
